


CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
If you cancel / reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment or earlier you will not be charged.
If you cancel within 48 hours or less of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service.
If you no show or turn up 10 minutes or later to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service.
Turning up to your infill appointment with dirty lashes or less than 50% remaining extensions will result in you either being turned away and charged 50% or charged a lash bath (if unsure on if your lashes are enough please send me a pic at least 3 days prior).
If you do text me to let me know you won't arrive on time there may be an option to come at a different time without a charge or if not you will be charged 50% instead of the 100% (main thing is to set off a little earlier to make sure this is avoided).
EXTRA IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Prior to your appointment:
No caffeine
No makeup to your eye area
Clean lash extensions if coming for an infill
No Lash extensions on or strip lashes if you have a full set booked
The day / on your appointment:
Brining +1 will mean they may have to wait in the waiting area due to my room space (If possible try to avoid bringing people to your appointment)
Cash or Fresha (taken from card saved online) payment only
No bank transfers accepted
I do not infill anyone else's work
After your appointment:
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances if any issues within 24-48 hours this will be fixed free of charge
Correct aftercare must be followed if not this will result in poor care of your lashes, most likely resulting in poor retention

Monday - 10:00am - 7:30pm
Tuesday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday - 10:00am - 7:30pm
Friday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed
Out of hours appointments now available.
This will mean any appointments before or after my working hours or any appointments wanting to be on Saturday or Sunday will all be under 'out of hours'.
These will be £10 extra on top of the service you are wanting to book.
Bookings for these are only taken through Instagram DM and are a request so aren't guaranteed if I can't do them.
RETURNS POLICY
No returns or refunds available under any circumstances
For services like all lash styles these are non refundable , a compromise may be met if any problems within 48 hours or a reaction.
For lash courses no refunds or returns available again a compromise may be met if needing extra help after the course but the course can’t be failed I just will work extra with the student if I feel they haven’t met the requirements to pass.
None of the products for example lash kits and eye masks are refundable
